Sam has spent over a decade perfecting her craft across a variety of bars and experiences. From her early days as a bartender at Monkey’s Tail, to her time as General Manager and Head Bartender at Space Cowboy, Sam has built a career that merges her creativity with hospitality. After her most recent role at Jun, Sam joined Bandista in early 2024, where she beautifully infuses her Latin heritage in creating beverages that captivate and engage her guests. Sam’s inspiration is deeply rooted in her Houston upbringing and the city’s vibrant community. Outside of work, Sam is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, loves to travel, enjoys cooking, and cherishes time with her dog.
