A Houston native, Zach has been singing and slinging all over H-Town. In addition to leadership roles at Whiskey Cake and Ninja Ramen, he discovered his passion for cocktail creation while majoring in Music Education at the University of Houston. He honed his craft at Nightengale Room, FM Kitchen & Bar, Ka Sushi Bar, Night Shift, and Toasted Coconut, before joining Bandista in mid-2023. He gives back to H-Town and has served as Treasurer and VP of USBG and currently serves the local LGBTQI+ community as Secretary for a non-profit. He enjoys making music (trumpet, French horn, and euphonium); photography; collecting antique liquors; cooking; and travel.
